About us
Dalian Yuanyi Wood Co., Ltd. produces oak lamella, squared timber and sawn boards in its own mill, yard and kilns, cutting to the customer’s list.
Dalian Yuanyi Wood Co., Ltd. is located at No.19 Haihe Road, Economic Development Zone, Pulandian, Dalian, Liaoning, China. We buy logs, saw, dry, calibrate and pack for export under one roof, and sell under the brand “Oak Lamella”.
The company runs its own workshops, open yard and drying kilns, with multi-blade saws, four-side planers, rip saws and wide-belt sanders. Our main output is oak lamella, squared timber and sawn boards, cut to length, width and thickness from the customer’s list and sorted by colour and knots.
How an order is made
From log intake to container loading a batch passes eight steps, each with its own record:
- Log sourcing — bought straight from the forest, sorted by species and diameter;
- Sawing — cut to the ordered thickness, large cants broken down before final sizing;
- Sticker stacking — stacked with stickers so moisture evens out naturally;
- Kiln drying — dried in batches with the moisture curve recorded and re-measured on the way out;
- Calibrating — planed and sanded to thickness and width tolerance;
- Grading — every piece checked for colour, knots, worm holes and surface checks, then stacked by grade;
- End sealing — ends coated to slow moisture loss and control end checking;
- Packing — strapped and wrapped; re-measured and photographed before loading.
Who we supply
We supply solid wood furniture plants, door factories, flooring and edge-glued panel producers, and trading companies serving export markets. Furniture and door customers get parts cut to their component list, which removes a second cutting step and the yield loss that comes with it. Trading customers get full-container loading, export packing and fumigation support.
How we work
In the timber trade what wins is consistency: consistent sizing, consistent moisture, consistent lead time. We cut samples first and go to volume only once the sample is approved, and we keep cutting and kiln records for every batch so any issue can be traced back to that batch rather than argued over.
You are welcome to visit the mill. Please contact Mr. Geng at +86 159 4630 8288 beforehand so we can prepare samples of the species and sizes you need.
