Cut to size

If you would rather not cut again at your end, send us the component list: we cut to length, width and thickness, seal the ends and bundle by component so the material goes straight onto your machines.

How it works:

• Send the component list (species, grade, sizes, quantity, moisture);
• We quote against it and flag any size where yield is poor or a slightly different size would cost less;
• We cut samples; production starts once they are approved;
• Cutting and moisture records are kept for every batch; goods are re-measured and photographed before loading.

Operations available: calibrating, sizing, cross-cutting, four-side planing, end sealing, bundling by component, export packing and fumigation.
